An aarp initiative

Decide. Create. Share is an AARP initiative dedicated to increasing awareness among women about the depth and breadth of long-term care and the benefits of planning. The initiative’s resources engage women as leaders within their families, informal networks, and communities to learn about long-term care, actively plan for a secure future and share what they learn with others.

This display was designed to be a warm, inviting and comfortable place for women to relax and get information on long-term care planning. Free massages, prizes and professional photos were also offered for participants.

Calendar Cover

Each member of the brand design staff created 3 pages for the company calendar. I was picked to design the cover for Impact by the Numbers. I choose elements from each design and combined them with numbers to give people a visual idea of the content. This calendar won an In-house Design Award from Graphic Design USA.

Experience Corps Brochure

AARP Foundation Experience Corps is an intergenerational, volunteer-based tutoring program that engages adults age 50 and older as literacy tutors for struggling students in public schools. This brochure introduced the program to potential volunteers with quotes from volunteers and teachers explaining their mission.

AARP Direct Mail

The brand services department was very fast paced—we designed direct mail and other deliverables for all 50 states + Puerto Rico. I tried to always include visuals that were specific to each state and worked closely with the state clients to make sure they were happy with the end result and attendance at their event.
